Inge Misschaert

Inge Misschaert has grown up in Kortrijk and now lives in Zele (Belgium). She studied Germanic languages and works part-time as a teacher. Apart from teaching she writes books and stories for all ages. She has won the John Flanders-award, a literary award for the best short story for children, twice. Her picture book Balthazar, the most lonely donkey ever was on the longlist of the Golden Owl, the most important Flemish literary award.
