One night, Nina can’t sleep. There is a question echoing in her head: who am I? Nina leaves the house, looking for an answer. Marc has a house full of boxes, with a thousand things and memories. But he doesn’t know the answer to her question. The rain taps against everything and Nina listens carefully. But she doesn’t hear any answer. The lighthouse-keeper knows all about the sea but nothing about little girls. When Nina is back home, she sees her reflection in the mirror and realises: the people I know and the things I love, that is me, Nina.
A poetic and philosophic book about the search for oneself.
Themes: who am I?, philosophy, search
